Education and Expertises
She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2001.
After her bachelor’s degree, she completed her master’s degree at the same University. During her doctor’s degree, she continued her doctoral thesis research at the University of Bologna for six months and graduated from the doctoral program in 2011 with her doctoral thesis titled “Participation in Administrative Procedure”.
Mrs. Hacımuratlar Sevinç worked as a research assistant in Ankara University Faculty of Law, Department of Administrative Law between 2022-2013, and as an assistant professor at Özyeğin University between 2013-2017.
She has been working at MEF University since 2017. Her research interests are administrative law, administrative procedure law and zoning law.
