• She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1998.

• Özdamar worked as a legal consultant in Pipelines and Petrol Transportation Inc. ("BOTAŞ") and the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources for five years in international gas and oil projects, especially the Baku Tbilisi Ceyhan Transit Oil Pipeline Project. She carried out all correspondence and legal processes with public institutions and organizations within the framework of performing engineering, expropriation, construction and procurement procedures in the pipeline project.

• Providing all kinds of legal consultancy services to local and foreign clients, Özdamar has been involved in many merger and acquisition projects including foreign clients entering the Turkish market and legal reviews of companies.

• She has the CIPP / E certificate.
