Education and Specialties

• He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1996

• After working as a lawyer in one of the well-known offices of Ankara for a while, he established the Köksal & Partners Law Office in September 2005.

• Apart from his advocacy service, Köksal also carries out the registered trademark and patent attorneyship with TPI. He attends many conferences and gives trainings in the field of Information Technology Law.

• Köksal is an expert in legal fields that require technical knowledge and chairman of the legal group of Turkey Informatics Association.
