He graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences / Department of Business / Business Program in 2001.
In 2007, he completed his MBA from Balikesir University Institute of Social Sciences with his thesis on "Organizational Culture at Higher Educational and An Empirical Research”.
Between 2009 and 2016, he completed his doctorate in Celal Bayar University, Institute of Social Sciences, in the field of Business Administration with his thesis on "The effect of organizational culture on the perception of organizational justice: the mediating role of perceptions of ethical principles".
Between 2003-2021, he gave lectures as a lecturer at the National Defense University, Army NCO Vocational HE School, Department of Business Administration, Business Management Program.
Between 2012-2019, he gave lectures as a lecturer at the National Defense University, Turkish Military Academy, Department of Business Management
As of 2019, he continues to give lectures as an Associate Professor in the Department of Real Estate Development and Management at Akdeniz University, Serik Faculty of Business.
Between 2019-2021, he worked as the vice dean of Akdeniz University, Serik Business Faculty while serving as the Head of the Real Estate and Asset Evaluation Department of Akdeniz University, Serik Business Administration. As of 2021, he continues his administrative duties as the department co-head.
